Exchanges & Returns
Here at Nohea Yogini we understand that things aren't always a perfect match on the first try which is why we offer exchanges. Please read our policy below.
We accept clothing which has not been worn to be handled with an exchange. Customers may request an exchange if the clothing still has all tags and liners intact and the order has not exceeded 30 days from the original date of purchase. If the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange is not available, by default, your request will be processed with announcing the customer account with an online store credit.
-All exchanges may take up to (7-10) business days Hawaii time - to be processed, once received.
-All exchanges must be even-exchanges only.
-Only one exchange is allowed per order. If you are in need of a different size/style, your inquiry will be handled as a return.
-All exchange packages must be completed within 2 weeks of submitting the request - the item(s) will be released after the hold period.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - All exchange inquiries will automatically be handled with issuing the customer account with an online store credit.
We are available Monday-Friday from 8am-2pm standard Hawaii time.
